Training Sessions - we advise to contact the coach for each training session in advance to check if the session is still being conducted due to public holidays / school holidays / rain / severe weather patterns.
   

Established in 2004, GFRS is designed to provide recreational, fun-runners and the more serious athlete with a range of quality training sessions and methods to ensure you get the most out of training!

Group training has the benefits of safety, motivation, is a great way to make new friends and has also been shown to have a positive influence on performance.

One of the great things about running is that is requires very little equipment. Basically all you need to do is throw on a pair of shoes (Brooks), get dressed, walk out your front door and hit the road! It is as simple as that! What a great way to spend an early morning or late afternoon / evening by enjoying the freedom that is associated with running! No worries about looking for gyms, swimming pools or courts to play – just get out there and run! Enjoy the experience!

Running is one of the most efficient, basic and easily attainable activities for the majority of us to do, get fit and stay in shape! It is also inexpensive and requires very little outlay to gain the many benefits that come from running!
